Dr. Crout relies on a well-trained, experienced support team. He strives to find employee’s with a family-centered focus, similar to his own, to care for patients. With numerous years of [orthodontic] experience, our team members are certified orthodontic assistants and have taken a intensive orthodontic assisting training course and passed a required clinical examination to achieve their certification. The course includes topics on infection control and sterilization techniques as well as chair side techniques. Our team performs tasks ranging from front office duties to detailed lab work.  

     We value your safety and Dr. Crout requires all of our staff to be cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR ) trained, certified and HIPPA complaint. All of the Crout orthodontic team hails from in and around the Hurricane/Teays Valley area, with each one bringing to the practice their own unique skill and ability.
